广东以占全国1/20的法官人数,承担了全国1/7的审判案件法官,一个以维护和实现社会正义为天职的高尚职业。多年来,我省各级法院在案多人少、审判任务繁重的情况下,切实履行宪法和法律赋予的职能,狠抓各项审判和执行工作。据悉,去年全省法院共受理各类案件691831件,办结642730件,解决诉讼标的金额1567.36亿元,执结标的578.42亿元,同比分别增长2.25%、3.04%、16.47%和6.18%,办结案件数、解决诉讼标的金额和执结标的金额,分别占全国法院的7.90%、20.40%
