采用 Border 的方法,用阳离子化牛血清白蛋白制作家兔原位免疫复合物肾炎模型,随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予中药白鹤粉治疗 5 周。结果:治疗组尿蛋白量明显减少( P < 0.01),血肌酐水平较对照组明显降低( P < 0.01);免疫荧光检查发现对照组肾小球内 Ig G 沉积明显,光镜、电镜下肾组织病理改变明显。提示中药白鹤粉治疗家兔肾小球肾炎模型有效,可能成为治疗人类肾小球肾炎的新药。
Using the method of Border, the rabbit model of in situ immune complex nephritis was made with cationized bovine serum albumin and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group was given Baihe powder for 5 weeks. Results: The amount of urinary protein was significantly decreased in the treatment group (P < 0.01), and the serum creatinine level was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.01). Immunofluorescence examination revealed that the Ig G deposition in the glomeruli of the control group was obvious. The pathological changes of renal tissue under electron microscope were obvious. It is suggested that the traditional Chinese medicine Baihe powder is effective in the treatment of rabbit glomerulonephritis model and may become a new drug for the treatment of human glomerulonephritis.
