作为在认知主义基础上进一步发展而成的一种新的学习哲学,建构主义认为:有意义学习不是一个简单的信息输入、存储和提取的过程,而是学习者在具体情景通过新旧知识经验之间相互作用来补充、丰富和改造自己原知识结构的过程;并主张“为理解而学习,并通过问题解决来学习”。在科技进步、社会发展、知识经济已初端倪的今天,教育的基点已转至学习,建构作为重要的学习理论,也促使我们对成人教育中的教师做出新的思考。
Constructivism, as a new learning philosophy based on the further development of cognitivism, holds that meaningful learning is not a simple process of information input, storage and retrieval, but learners’ experience in new and old knowledge through concrete scenarios To complement, enrich and transform the process of their original knowledge structure; and advocate “to understand and learn through problem solving to learn.” Today, as science and technology progress, social development and knowledge economy are beginning to take shape, the basic point of education has shifted to learning and construction as an important learning theory, which also prompts us to make new thinking on teachers in adult education.
