“选才”是企业人力资源管理中非常重要的环节,本文围绕我国企业人力资源招聘甄选进行现状、问题以及对策分析。文章指出,目前我国企业人员招聘甄选过程中主要存在没有招聘计划,或者招聘计划形同虚设;甄选评价标准主观性较强;甄选评价主要以经验考查和知识考查为主,不注重人员个性特质;盲目录用,优秀人才“水土不服”等四大问题。对此,文章建议:一是端正观念,认清招聘甄选工作的重要性;二是选择适合职位特质的招聘渠道;三是用细节把握全局,掌握面试中的几个核心技巧。
“Choosing only ” is a very important link in the human resource management of enterprises. This paper focuses on the status quo, problems and countermeasures of selecting and recruiting human resources in our country. The article points out that at present, there are mainly no recruitment plans or hiring plans in China’s recruitment and selection process; the selection and evaluation criteria are subjective; the selection and evaluation are mainly based on empirical tests and knowledge tests, but do not pay attention to individual personality traits; , Talented people “acclimatized ” and other four major issues.
