目的:探讨牙隐裂患牙根管治疗机全冠修复后的临床效果。方法:对临床70例牙隐裂患者进行全冠修复。临床70例患者共有80颗患牙,经过诊疗后发现,单纯牙隐裂患牙共30颗,隐裂并发牙髓炎组40颗,进行根管治疗后进行修复,结果:30颗全冠修复中有4颗失败,成功率为86.6%,40颗根管治疗后,失败牙齿为4颗,成功率为90%。结论:牙隐裂患牙根管治疗全冠修复的效果不错。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of full crown restoration of tooth root canal machine with tooth cracked. Methods: 70 patients with clinical occlusion of the whole crown restoration. Clinical 70 patients with a total of 80 teeth, after treatment found that simple tooth cracked teeth total 30, cryptogenic complicated with pulpitis group 40, after root canal treatment and repair, the results: 30 crown repair Four failed, with a success rate of 86.6%. After 40 root canal treatments, 4 failed teeth resulted in a success rate of 90%. Conclusion: The treatment of full root crowns with root canals is good.
