Q我的孩子3岁3个月,发现左侧隐睾,在本地中心医院儿外科做了手术,由于精索短,睾丸没有下来,现在还在精囊口上方。孩子曾经服用过绒毛膜促性腺激素,医生建议服用10次,由于孩子有不良反应,只用了四五次就停服了。请问这种情况需要二次手术吗?手术难度大不大?孩子多大的时候做比较合适?
Q My child, aged 3 and 3 months, was found to have cryptorchidism on the left and underwent surgery in a pediatric department at a local Central Hospital.
