本文着重分析了两个相关的问题,其一是国内外人造金刚石钻头结构方面,关于金刚石质量,粒度、浓度、摆法、胎体性能等技术参数的选择问题,如何参照国外的参数值,合理地研究设计出适合我国的钻头结构。其二是,如何面对世界金刚石工业掀起“聚晶热”的挑战,使我国钻探切削具能够尽快步入以人造金刚石及其复合材料为主的新时期,并结合国外的使用实例,结合国内的试验情况,结合地矿部“七五”重点科研攻关项目——“人造金刚石复合材料及其钻头的开发”,研究出适用于我国的各种人造金刚石聚晶及其复合材料,以及新型超硬材料的开发应用问题。
