目的分析接触环氧乙烷致周围神经病的发病原因及临床特点。方法总结本院收治的3例接触环氧乙烷致周围神经病患者的临床表现、电生理检查结果、诊断与治疗情况,并结合现场职业卫生学等资料进行综合分析。结果 3例患者均有低剂量环氧乙烷接触史,临床表现为以轴索损害为主的周围神经病。结论人体接触低剂量环氧乙烷,可引起慢性中毒,以周围神经系统为主要靶器官。
Objective To analyze the causes and clinical features of peripheral neuropathy caused by exposure to ethylene oxide. Methods To summarize the clinical manifestations, electrophysiological findings, diagnosis and treatment of 3 cases of peripheral neuropathy exposed to ethylene oxide in our hospital. The data were analyzed comprehensively with field occupational hygiene and other data. Results All three patients had a history of exposure to low-dose ethylene oxide. The clinical manifestations were peripheral neuropathy with axonal damage. Conclusions Human exposure to low doses of ethylene oxide can cause chronic poisoning with the peripheral nervous system as the main target organ.
