江汉设计院赵应龙等同志研制的特级煤焦油瓷漆配方,2月21日通过了由江汉石油管理局组织,武汉大学、华中理工大学和局内8个单位参加的技术鉴定。该配方利用工业废料作原料,熬制温度低(250℃左右)可以大大降低防腐材料的成本和能耗,适用于管外绝缘防腐和其它埋地构筑物的绝缘防腐。评审认为,该配方性能良好,软化点达125℃—20℃低温不破裂。剥离初始和滞后在60℃和70℃时均为2mm,所有性能均达到英国 BS4164:1987年 B120/5标准,达到国际水平。该成
