研究了实用型Er材料的制备方法和它们的物理性能.用Co部分替代Ni后,该材料的居里温度降至10K范围内,在温度低于10K的温区内,(x=0.1,0.2)材料的比热容远大于传统的蓄冷材料金属pb和其他新型Er系磁性蓄冷材料的比热容.磁墒变计算结果表明,材料的Er离子有效J值约为3/2。
The preparation of practical Er materials and their physical properties were studied. When Co is partially replaced by Co, the Curie temperature of the material is reduced to 10K. The specific heat capacity of (x = 0.1, 0.2) material is far greater than that of the conventional cold storage material at a temperature lower than 10K pb and other new Er-type magnetic cold storage material of the specific heat capacity. Magnetic soil moisture change calculation results show that the material of Er ion effective J value of about 3/2.
