分层教学是一种符合学生实际的教学方法,针对当前生源素质的状况,分层教学的实施具有重大的现实意义,它对于激发学生的学习兴趣,树立学习信心,提高学习成绩有很大的促进作用。在分层教学过程中,对学生进行合理的分层、合适的教学方式方法及设计优化习题是关键。课外学习和小组学习是第二课堂,创造宽松和谐的教学环境是重要的实施条件。
Layered teaching is a kind of teaching method which is in line with the students ’actual teaching. According to the current situation of quality of students, it is of great practical significance to implement teaching in different levels.
