项目管理在木工程施工建设管理中发挥着重要作用,对此,施工企业必须要提高重视,将其列为工作重点,全面贯彻在实际施工中,加强管理力度,制定合理的监管制度并严格执行,这样才能从根本上保证施工质量,控制施工进度,提高项目工程的整体经济效益,促进建筑行业实现健康、稳定、长久的发展。鉴于此,本文主要分析项目管理在土木工程建筑施工中的应用。
Project management plays an important role in the construction and management of woodworking construction. In view of this, this article mainly analyzes the project management in the civil engineering construction application.
