宁津县总工会采取三项有效对策做好劳动争议调解工作,妥善处理劳动关系中的各类矛盾,协调好劳资双方的利益关系,更好地表达好、维护好、广大职工的合法权益,建立稳定和谐的劳动关系,为构建和谐宁津发挥应有的作用。一是企业工会在依法建立劳动争议调解委员会的同时,要大力推动完善劳动合同和集体合同制度、职代会和厂务公开制度,从源头上维护职工权益,预防劳动争议的发生:二是在企业内部以分会为单位成立预警工作组。建立相应的工作职责,通过预测难点、热点问题,弱化不稳定因素,通过企业劳动争议调解委员会的沟通协调,对处在萌芽状态的争议案件、可能引发矛盾激化的情况进行疏导,避免劳动争议的矛盾扩大;三是建立不同层次的劳动关系预警机制,明确工作职责和工作制度,形成全局性的劳动关系预警长效机制。
Ningjin County Federation of Trade Unions took three effective measures to mediate labor disputes, properly handle all kinds of conflicts in labor relations, coordinate the relations of interests between employers and employees, and better express the good rights and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the broad masses of workers and staff. Establish a stable and harmonious labor relations and play its due role in building a harmonious Ningjin. First, while establishing a labor dispute mediation committee according to law, an enterprise trade union should vigorously promote the improvement of the labor contract and collective contract system, the employee congress and the factory public service system, safeguarding the rights and interests of employees from the source and preventing the occurrence of labor disputes: Within the enterprise branch to set up an early warning unit. Establish the corresponding job responsibilities, through the prediction of difficult issues, hot issues, weakening of instability, through the coordination of the Enterprise Labor Dispute Mediation Committee, the controversial cases in the bud may lead to the intensification of contradictions to avoid labor disputes Thirdly, it has set up early warning mechanisms for labor relations at different levels, clarified job responsibilities and work systems, and formed a long-term effective mechanism for early warning of overall labor relations.
