随着汽车产业的快速扩张和集群效应的形成,汽车服务业急需大量具备“懂技术、善经营、会服务”的专业人才。分析国内外汽车服务工程专业人才培养研究现状,提出包括多元教育模式、课程体系改革深化与完善、加强教材体系建设、多元化实践教学、建设双师型师资队伍、创业教育、学历与技能等级考核相结合的人才培养模式改革措施。
With the rapid expansion of the automobile industry and the formation of the cluster effect, the automotive service industry urgently needs a large number of professionals with “know technology, operate well and serve”. This paper analyzes the status quo of automobile service engineering professionals training both at home and abroad, and puts forward some suggestions including multi-element education mode, deepening and perfecting the reform of curriculum system, strengthening the construction of teaching material system, diversified practice teaching, construction of double-qualified faculty, entrepreneurship education, Combination of personnel training mode reform measures.
