猴头健胃灵是以人工栽培的真菌植物猴头子实体为主要成份,配伍有制酸止痛作用的中药海螵蛸、元胡、白芍、香附、甘草等。临床治疗慢性胃炎有较好疗效。我们进行了猴头健胃灵对实验性溃疡愈合的影响和对胃粘腆保护作用的实验研究,现将结果报告如下。 一、对实验性胃溃疡愈合的影响 成年雄性大白鼠,体重260～270克。实验前一天禁食,自由饮水及糖盐水。在乙醚轻度麻醉下,按照Okabc的方法施行手术,
