随着社会进入到21世纪以来,互联网技术得到了快速发展,在社会各行业中都有所使用,互联网技术为企业带来了新的生机,并取得了很好的效果。对于企业来说,互联网技术是创新与改革的利刃,抓住互联网时代到来的机遇是企业未来所必须关注的问题。因此,本文探讨了传统模式下企业人力资源管理所存在的问题,提出了互联网时代下企业人力资源管理新模式的几点建议,希望使企业在日新月异的社会当中,能够快速稳定的发展。
With the advent of society into the 21st century, Internet technology has been rapidly developed and used in all walks of life. Internet technology has brought new vitality to enterprises and achieved good results. For enterprises, Internet technology is the edge of innovation and reform. To seize the opportunities presented by the Internet era is a problem that enterprises must pay attention to in the future. Therefore, this article explores the existing problems in the enterprise human resources management under the traditional mode and puts forward some suggestions on the new mode of human resources management in the Internet era, hoping to make the enterprises develop rapidly and steadily in the ever-changing society.
