农业科技企业是农业发展的先锋,但在技术创新意识、资金投入、人才管理与激励等方面我国农业科技企业均存在较大缺陷,特别是人才问题严重影响了农业科技企业竞争力的提高,难以发挥其对农业和农村经济发展的辐射带动作用。本文有针对性的提出促进我国农业科技企业人力资源开发策略,以加速我国农业科技企业的成长,最终实现农业产业化、企业化、现代化和农业可持续发展。
Agricultural science and technology enterprises are the vanguard of agricultural development. However, there are major shortcomings in agricultural science and technology enterprises in China in terms of technological innovation awareness, capital investment, talent management and incentive. In particular, talent problems have seriously affected the competitiveness of agricultural science and technology enterprises, Give full play to its role in promoting the development of agriculture and rural economy by radiation. This paper puts forward the strategy of promoting human resources development of agricultural science and technology enterprises in China in order to speed up the growth of agricultural science and technology enterprises in our country and finally realize the agricultural industrialization, enterpriseization, modernization and agricultural sustainable development.
