酉阳土家族苗族自治县为国定贫困县,县人民医院作为其所属单位,如何加快建设发展,满足全县73万人的基本医疗,保护好生产力,是摆在医务管理者面前的一个新课题。为此,笔者认为,加强贫困县医院建设与发展应从以下方面进行思考。 1 透析贫困县医院的现状及原因 酉阳县人民医院建于解放初期,现初步建成集医、教、研、预防、保健为一体的综合性医院,是全县医疗龙头单位。全院占地面积2.2万平方米,职工总数达331人,其中在岗职工266人,设编制床位250张,现有在岗副高级专业技术人员19人,中级职称专业技术人员66人,初级职称人员66人,大学、专科以上专业人员占30％,专业技术队伍相对较稳定。
The Xiangyang Tujia and Miao Autonomous County is a national poverty-stricken counties and county people’s hospitals as their subordinate units. How to speed up the construction and development, meet the basic medical care of the county’s 730,000 people, and protect the productivity are a new topic for medical administrators. To this end, the author believes that strengthening the construction and development of hospitals in poor counties should be considered from the following aspects. 1 The status quo and causes of dialysis in impoverished counties The People’s Hospital of Puyang County was built in the early days of liberation and is now a comprehensive hospital integrating medical treatment, education, research, prevention, and health care. It is a leading medical unit in the county. The hospital covers an area of 22,000 square meters and has a total of 331 employees, of whom 266 are on-the-job staff, 250 sets of berths, 19 senior professional technicians, 66 intermediate professional technical personnel, and junior professional titles. 66 people, 30% of which are professionals in universities and colleges, and the professional technical team is relatively stable.
