我国住宅产业化自建设部1996年发布了《住宅产业现代化试点工作大纲》以来,经过近15年的快速发展,有效地规范了住宅市场,提高了我国的建筑产品质量。对技术落后、不符合产业政策的产品和技术,如螺旋升降式铸铁水龙头、9升以上冲水量座便器、部分规格的实腹和空腹钢窗等实行了强制淘汰。同时对符合国家节能减排产业政策的新技术新产品,如太阳能与建筑一体化技术,居住区中水处理利用技术等进行了推广、认证。今年是我国第十二个五年规划的开篇之年,住宅产业将得到更加长足的发展与进步。太阳能与建筑一体化、聚氨酯保温板、LED照明、住宅供热计量等符合国家“十二五”规划要求的新技术、新产品将得到快速发展和应用,为我国的住宅产业的发展提供强有力的支撑。本刊以系列文章的形式为您逐一解读这些符合国家产业政策的新技术、新产品,由住房和城乡建设部住宅产业化促进中心产品认证处特约刊登,每期一篇,欢迎读者垂注。
Since 1996, China’s housing industry has released the “Pilot Program of Housing Industry Modernization”, after nearly 15 years of rapid development, effectively regulate the residential market and improve the quality of China’s construction products. Products and technologies that are outdated and that do not comply with industrial policies, such as spiral lift cast iron faucets, flushing toilets over 9 liters, real-size and fast-empty steel windows of some specifications, are eliminated by force. At the same time, we have promoted and certified new technologies and new products that comply with the national energy conservation and emission reduction industry policies, such as solar energy and building integrated technologies, and water treatment and utilization technologies in residential areas. This year marks the opening year of the 12th Five-Year Plan of our country, and the housing industry will enjoy even more rapid development and progress. The new technologies and new products meeting the national “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” requirements will be rapidly developed and applied in the solar energy and building integration, polyurethane insulation board, LED lighting, residential heating metering and so on, providing the development of residential industry in China Strong support.
