一、公路职工教育的现状总的看来,我国目前的公路职工教育现状不是很理想。虽然近年来,公路部门招收了大量的有一定学历的人才和公路专业的人才来充实公路职工的队伍。然而,由于公路系统总的职工人数众多,而且上世纪的大部分公路职工都明显文化偏低。所以,大部分有一定工作经验的技术人员仍然水平不高。而且由于专业技术知识和科技知识缺乏往往导致工作效率难以提升,无法与新时期对公路交通事业发展的要求相匹配。以广西南宁江南公路管理局为例,在公路职工教育问题上主要存在以下的问题。
