观察了倒挂牛乙醇提取物（CExt）对麻醉家兔血流动力学的作用。结果表明：iv14～28mg/kgCExt剂量依赖性降低收缩压（SBP）和舒张压（DBP），但DBP降低较SBP明显而持久，提示CExt可降低外周血管阻力；28mg/kg心脏有抑制作用，降低LCSP、士dp/dtmax,对心电图和心率无显著影响，致死剂量为102士38mg。
The effect of inverted beef bovine alcohol extract (CExt) on hemodynamics in anesthetized rabbits was observed. The results showed that: iv14 ~ 28mg / kgCExt dose-dependently reduce systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP), but DBP decreased significantly longer than SBP, suggesting that CExt can reduce peripheral vascular resistance; 28mg / kg heart inhibition, decreased LCSP, disabilities dp / dtmax, no significant effect on the ECG and heart rate, lethal dose of 102 persons 38mg.
