思想决定行为,观念改变做法,理论指导实践。记不得是哪位专家曾说过:一个没有世界眼光的人,就不可能达到世界发展的制高点;一个没有历史眼光的人,就没有勇气告别昨天,也就不会有机会跟明天握手。十余年的校长工作,我常做的一件事就是忙里偷闲,见缝插针,沉下心来,静静思考。审视教育现象,分析教育问题,研究师生发展。一、善思——现象探求根源及本质所谓思,就是思考、思维和思路。善思,就是作为一名校长要善于观察,善于发现,从而思考现象中的本质和根源,把握学校发展的方向。下面我就举两个我在工作中发现的现象——
