孝感市委、市政府将全面推进城乡一体化发展作为贯彻落实科学发展观、建设“两型”社会示范先行区和武汉城市圈副中心城市的重要举措。孝感市城乡规划局深入思考,积极创新,通过实施阳光规划工程,初步建立了与城乡一体化工作相适应的规划行业反腐倡廉工作新格局,有效推进了城乡一体化建设。一、以完善阳光规划的编制体系为主线,实行全域规划,提升发展水平全面总结规划。每两年一次对城市规划实施情况进行总结评估,形成评估报告,理清城乡一体化发展思路。
