教育家夸美纽斯曾说“应该用一切可能的方式把孩子们的求知与求学欲望激发起来”。教育学告诉人们,学生需要教师的赞美,赞美是爱的表现,是对学生积极的肯定。教师只有细心地捕捉学生瞬间闪现的火花,才会表达出恰如其分、内涵深刻的赞美之情。教师的赞美是阳光、空气和水,是学生成长不可缺少的养料;教师的赞美是一座桥,能沟通教师与学生的心灵之河;教师的赞美是一种无形的催化剂,能增强学生的自尊、自信、自强;教师的赞美也是实现以人为本的有效途径之一。
