在结缔组织病中 ,系统性硬皮病是对治疗反应较差的病种之一。获取良好的治疗效果 ,是临床医师期待解决的实际问题。近几年来国外相关研究较多 ,本文简要综述并分析当前国外缓解疾病的治疗方法 (如血管扩张剂、免疫抑制剂、抗纤维化剂的应用 ) ,以及减轻相应并发症的有效疗法。并介绍几种新的治疗手段 ,如自体干细胞移植等。
In connective tissue disease, systemic scleroderma is one of the less responsive forms of treatment. Get a good therapeutic effect, the clinician is looking forward to solve the practical problems. In recent years, there are many related research abroad. This article briefly reviews and analyzes the current foreign treatment methods for the treatment of diseases such as vasodilators, immunosuppressive agents and antifibrotic agents, as well as effective therapies to reduce the corresponding complications. And introduce several new treatment methods, such as autologous stem cell transplantation.
