SDS-PAGE分析外源蜿豆花DNA直接导入小麦体的种子蛋白质,结果表明:变异系小麦种子蛋白质组分出现广泛变化。小偃6号和超大穗小麦分别增加47KD、71KD和90KD、85KD蛋白质新组分,蛋白质含量也相应增加约22%和31%;“中国春”小麦却出现了92KD、82KD蛋白质组分消失现象,其蛋白质含量也稍有降低,这些变异现象在后代中亦然表达。因此基因直接转移技术是优质分子育种和品质改良的新途径。
The result of SDS-PAGE analysis showed that the protein components of wheat seeds were directly transformed into the DNA of S. alterniflora by SDS-PAGE. The results showed that there was a wide range of changes in the protein components of the mutant wheat seeds. Xiaoyan 6 and extra large spike wheat increased by 47KD, 71KD and 90KD, 85KD new protein components, the protein content also increased by about 22% and 31% respectively. However, the emergence of 92KD and 82KD protein components disappeared in “Chinese Spring” wheat , Its protein content is also slightly lower, these mutations are also expressed in the offspring. Therefore, direct gene transfer technology is a new way of molecular breeding and quality improvement.
