本文依据“社会资本”相关理论,在对旅游企业“社会资本”进行界定的基础上,将其划分为内部“社会资本”和外部“社会资本”两类;内部“社会资本”有利于提高旅游企业的组织绩效,促进组织成员信息的挖掘;外部“社会资本”有利于企业更好地获取重要信息和各种资源。
Based on the theory of “social capital ”, this article classifies tourist enterprises “social capital ” into two categories: internal social capital and external social capital “Social capital ” is conducive to improving the organizational performance of tourism enterprises and promoting the mining of organizational members’ information. The external “social capital ” is conducive to obtaining better enterprise access to important information and resources.
