目的:分析和探讨提高临床医疗中药师服务质量与技能水平的方法。方法:在参考大量权威文献的基础上,结合医院具体的实际情况,对提高临床医疗中药师服务质量与技能水平进行总结性论述。结果:提高医疗中药师服务质量的方法有以患者为本,爱岗敬业;注重发药时的用药交代;加强处方的审查,严格执行“三查六对”制度。提高临床医疗中药师技能水平的方法有加强与医师的交流合作,多参加学术会议、进修课程和自学活动。结论:药师爱岗敬业,以对患者高度负责的精神严格执行相关规定和要求,是提高其服务质量的合理方法。加强与医师的交流合作,多参与临床用药,多学习是提高技能水平的主要渠道。
Objective: To analyze and discuss ways to improve the service quality and skill level of pharmacists in clinical medicine. Methods: On the basis of a large number of authoritative literature, combined with the actual situation of the hospital, to sum up the improvement of service quality and skills of Chinese medicine practitioners in clinical practice. Results: The methods to improve the service quality of medical Chinese medicine practitioners are: patient-oriented, dedication; pay attention to medication explanation when dispensing medicine; strengthen the review of prescriptions and strictly enforce the “three check and six right” system. Methods to improve the skill level of Chinese medicine practitioners in clinic are to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with doctors, attend more academic conferences, further study courses and self-study activities. Conclusion: Pharmacists dedication and dedication to the highly responsible for the spirit of the patient to strictly enforce the relevant provisions and requirements, is to improve the quality of their services in a reasonable way. To strengthen exchanges and cooperation with physicians, to participate in clinical medicine, and to learn more are the main channels for raising the level of skills.
