一、前言 在我国涂料工业上,漆膜附着力曾采用“方格法”和“画圈法”进行测定。“方格法”是用刀片将样板切割成方格,以手触摩,观察漆皮脱落的多少来衡量附着力的好坏。对漆膜和基板间的附着力仅能作出间接的判断,不能测定面漆和底漆的附着力。“划圈法”在“方格法”的基础上前进了一步,是以针尖旋转划破漆膜,观察漆膜脱落
First, the preface In our paint industry, the paint adhesion has been used “grid method” and “circle method” for determination. “Grid method” is to use a blade to cut the sample into squares, hand touch friction, observe the number of paint off to measure the adhesion of the good or bad. Adhesion between the film and the substrate can only make indirect judgments, can not be measured paint and primer adhesion. “Circle method” in the “grid method” on the basis of a step forward, is based on the needle tip spin paint film, observe the film off
