近年来,南海成为周边国家(日、越南、菲律宾等)、域外国家(美等)和中国发生国际争端的源头所在。面对国际环境的风云变幻国内外学者对南海问题涉及的文化、交通、主权、环境等进行了多维度的研究和论述。为了更好地梳理国内外学者对南海问题研究的脉络,文章以内容研究为框架,划分为主权考证、交通、文化与交流、资料汇编四个维度进行梳理。其资料类型包括图书、论文、汇编、数据库等。同时贯穿机构研究、区域研究、地方文献研究等,以期对现有文献资料进行一定的梳理,并为学者就历史发展进程和国家法考证南海归属等未来研究提供有益的资料支持。
In recent years, the South China Sea has become the source of international disputes with neighboring countries (Japan, Vietnam, the Philippines, etc.), extra-territorial countries (the United States, etc.) and China. Faced with the Changing Circumstances of the International Environment Domestic and foreign scholars have made multi-dimensional studies and discussions on the issues concerning culture, transportation, sovereignty, and environment in the South China Sea. In order to better sort out the research context of the South China Sea issue by domestic and foreign scholars, this paper, based on the content research, is divided into four dimensions: Sovereignty, Transportation, Culture and Communication, and Data Compilation. Its data types include books, essays, compilations, databases and more. At the same time, it will carry through some institutional studies, regional studies and local literature studies in order to sort out the existing literature and provide useful information support for scholars on the historical development process and the future research on the ownership of the South China Sea by state law.
