1%盐酸丁卡因注射液在碱性、中性时或高温情况下易水解,故配制时要调成偏酸性。一些医院制剂手册对本品的pH值规定不一致。有的规定配制时用酸调pH值至4.5～5.5之间;有的则认为本品pH在5.5～6.0时加热易水解,故调pH至4.0～4.5;还有的规定本品pH值为3.5。各手册均认为,由于本品不稳定,宜新鲜配制使用。为考察不同酸度和不同温度下贮藏对本品稳定性的影响,以期选择一个最佳pH值范围及贮藏方法,特进行了如下实验。实验材料
