社会治理是社会安定有序和谐发展的基础,是全面提高党的执政能力和推进执政体系现代化的重要表现。党的十八届五中全会强调,要“加强和创新社会治理。”加强和创新社会治理,是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的必然要求,是人民安居乐业、社会安定有序、国家长治久安的基本保障。本刊记者就如何加强和创新社会治理等方面的问题采访了中共陕西省委常委、纪委书记郭永平同志。
