经济列车转轨之际,总有一些企业会被甩出车厢。国企解困,发生在中国经济从计划经济向市场经济的转向路段,而僵尸企业,出现于中国经济结构调整、转型升级的重要关口。对比分析两者之异同、回顾总结国企解困的经验和教训,对于正在开展的僵尸企业处置工作,应该有重要的借鉴意义。
