教师作为教学活动体系的重要组成要素,在整个发展进程中占据着主导作用。新课程标准小学数学明确指出,要坚持以生为本的教学理念,将主体学习能力素养培养作为第一要务,发挥自身主导作用,指导学生深入学习,推动学生高效学习,提升学习活动效能。本文作者借助以上认识,对新课改下的小学数学教师主导作用在数学课堂教学中的应用,从几方面进行了简要论述。
As an important component of teaching activity system, teachers play a leading role in the whole development process. The new curriculum standard primary school mathematics clearly pointed out that we should insist on taking the students as the basic teaching idea, take the main body learning ability cultivation as the top priority, give play to its own leading role, guide the students to study in depth, promote the students to learn effectively and enhance the learning activities efficiency. Based on the above understanding, the author of this article makes a brief discussion of the application of the leading role of primary school mathematics teachers in mathematics classroom teaching under the new curriculum reform.
