目前关于特区投资环境,海内外议论很多,褒贬皆有。那么特区投资环境究竟如何?还存在一些什么问题?在新的一年里,特区在进一步完善投资环境方面还应该做哪些工作?深圳市市长李灏就这些问题为本刊撰写了《进一步完善投资环境,增强特区对外资的吸引力》专稿。总结了深圳特区创办六年来,在创造良好的投资环境方面所做的大量工作,分析了存在的问题。李市长指出,经济特区是我国伸向国际市场的触角,是我国积极参与国际分工的前导,要把经济特区放在环太平洋经济圈的形成,国际经济新格局当中去看。从更高的层次上阐述了完善投资环境,增强特区对外资吸引力的意义。
At present, there are many discussions at home and abroad about the investment environment in the SAR. So what is the investment environment in the SAR? What problems still exist? In the new year, what should the SEZ do in further improving the investment environment? Shenzhen Mayor Li Hao wrote about these issues as “ Investment environment, enhance the attractiveness of the SAR to foreign capital ”Zhuangao. Summed up the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone was founded six years ago, a lot of work in creating a good investment environment, analysis of the existing problems. Mayor Li pointed out: The special economic zone is the tentacle for our country to reach the international market and is the precursor to our country’s active participation in the international division of labor. We should regard the special economic zones as the formation of the Pacific Rim economy and the new pattern of international economy. At a higher level, it expounded the significance of improving the investment environment and enhancing the attractiveness of the SAR to foreign investment.
