目的探讨补气滋阴方联合DCF方案治疗气阴两伤型晚期食管癌疗效和不良反应、生活质量和身体状况。方法选择气阴两伤型晚期食管癌患者99例,随机分为两组,治疗组48例,对照组51例。对照组予多西他赛75mg/(m2·d)d1持续1h内静脉输注,顺铂75mg/(m2·d)d1持续1h内静脉输注,避光,氟尿嘧啶5.0mg/m2civ(120h)d1,以上方案每4周重复1次。治疗组同时加用补气滋阴方。结果治疗组48例患者中,有效率43.8%;对照组51例患者中,有效率43.1%,差异无统计学意义;治疗组不良反应较低、生活质量、身体状况改善优于对照组。结论补气滋阴方联合DCF方案对气阴两伤型晚期食管癌能减轻化疗毒性反应、改善生活质量,提高身体状况。
Objective To investigate the curative effect and adverse reactions, quality of life and physical condition of qi-yin-yin-yin combined with DCF regimen in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer patients with qi and yin-two wounds. Methods 99 cases of advanced esophageal cancer patients with pneumothorax were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 48 cases in the treatment group and 51 cases in the control group. The control group was given docetaxel 75mg / (m2 · d) d1 intravenous infusion within 1h, cisplatin 75mg / (m2 · d) d1 intravenous infusion within 1h, dark, fluorouracil 5.0mg / m2civ (120h) d1, the above scheme is repeated every 4 weeks. The treatment group also added qi and yin side. Results Among the 48 patients in the treatment group, the effective rate was 43.8%. Among the 51 patients in the control group, the effective rate was 43.1%, with no significant difference. The adverse reactions in the treatment group were lower, and the quality of life and physical condition were better than those in the control group. Conclusion Buqi Ziyin Decoction combined with DCF regimen can alleviate the toxic reaction of chemotherapy and improve the quality of life and improve the physical condition of patients with advanced esophageal cancer of both qi and yin-wounded type.
