随着市场经济趋势的不断深入,以及知识经济时代的到来,各企业间人才竞争的日益激烈,如何提高企业员工幸福指数,进而留住人才是企业未来可持续发展的关键。文章结合企业实际,对目前影响员工幸福感的主要因素作了归纳总结,并提出了提升企业员工职业幸福感的综合性策略,进而为企业人才的保留和巩固奠定基础,提高企业的整体竞争力。
With the continuous deepening of the market economy trend and the advent of the era of knowledge economy, talent competition among enterprises is becoming more and more intense. How to improve the employee happiness index and then retain the talents is the key to the sustainable development of the enterprise in the future. Based on the actual situation of the enterprise, this article summarizes the main factors that affect employee happiness at present, and puts forward a comprehensive strategy to enhance employee happiness, and then lays the foundation for the retention and consolidation of enterprise personnel and enhances the overall competitiveness of enterprises .
