并行工程的本质特点是产品数据─开发过程—资源─组织的集成,其目标是对产品生命周期中的共享数据进行全局管理与控制。根据这种需要,本文研究了并行工程过程管理系统中产品并行开发过程的监控系统,指出了产品开发过程监控应包括资源监控、产品数据监控及开发流程监控。提出了以产品数据管理(PDM)为支撑平台,由数据采集与反馈器、分析器和监控信息报告器组成的监控系统体系结构并开发了原型系统。该系统已用于863/CIMS重大关键技术攻关项目“并行工程”的实施中。
The essential feature of concurrent engineering is the integration of product data - development process - resources - organization with the goal of global management and control of shared data in the product life cycle. According to this need, this paper studies the monitoring system of parallel development process of product in process engineering management system. It points out that product development process monitoring should include resource monitoring, product data monitoring and development process monitoring. A monitoring system architecture based on product data management (PDM) is proposed, which consists of data acquisition and feedback, analyzer and monitoring information reporter. The prototype system is developed. The system has been used in 863 / CIMS major key technology research project “Concurrent Engineering” implementation.
