Since the war between the United States and Britain in 1814, the unique geo-environmental factors have made the United States enjoy natural security. This sense of security allows Americans to comfortably enjoy prosperity and superiority in the hotbed of isolationism. However, by the 1930s, this hotbed was challenged by Nazi Germany. As the highest decision-maker in the United States, in order to meet this challenge, get rid of the shackles of traditional isolationism and participate in the anti-fascist war, Roosevelt’s fox personality is so prominent and outstanding. He designed a trap carefully and waited for the prey to fall in.
