过去使用的圆柱形钻孔油嘴,在其额定工况下,在完成配产作用的同时要损耗50%的油压。因此,在油田进入中、高含水开采期之后,整个地面油气集输系统,将因集输能力不足而引起频繁的流程改造。本文介绍的新型油嘴,其油压损耗率只有25~30%,所以对自喷采油期较长的采用早期注水采油的油田,推广使用新型油嘴,对提高油气集输能力,延长油田稳产期,减少地面集输流程改造的工程量等,具有重要的意义。
Cylindrical bores used in the past have suffered 50% of the hydraulic load loss at the time of their assigned service.
