管道内壁涂层是降低管道摩阻损失,提高输送效率,以及防腐的重要措施。涂层性能好坏,除涂料本身的性能外,涂敷工艺也很关键。涂敷工艺有预制厂单根管预涂敷和管道内壁整体涂敷两种。对于输送介质有腐蚀性的管道,最好是用整体涂敷工艺,使焊缝处也受到涂层的保护。在管道内壁整体挤涂室内试验的基础上,1982年11月在川西南矿区的协作下,对347米φ159×7″的卤水管道进行了施工试验,取得了初步成效。整体涂敷工艺——挤涂挤涂工艺参见图1。挤涂器A、B是专门制作的,要求具有很好的强度、弹性、柔韧性、耐涂料溶剂的溶胀性。并且要求它对管内壁有恰当的过盈
