为了适应新课改,教师必须转变观念,树立以生为本的教育思想,充分发挥学生的主体作用。为此,必须做到:建立良好的师生关系,在师生交流中发挥学生的主体作用;教会学生学习的方法,让学生成为课堂的主宰者;采取灵活多样的教学方法和手段,让学生主动参与到教学中来;给学生充足的探究时间,让学生真正成为课堂的主人。
In order to adapt to the new curriculum reform, teachers must change their concepts, establish a student-centered educational thinking, and give full play to the students’ main role.
