我科于1985～1994年共收治呼吸道异物病人约240例,小儿占99％以上。大部分异物为西瓜子,花生。现将我科收治的5例特殊异物报告如下。 1 临床资料 男性3例,女性2例,小于2岁3例,大于3岁2例。5例异物分别是金属别针1例,金属小园形口哨1例,蜂王浆玻璃瓶上端1例,园珠笔帽2例。3例病人在全麻下行支气管镜异物取除术,2例病人在无麻下
Our department in 1985 to 1994 were treated about 240 cases of foreign body particles in children, children accounted for more than 99%. Most foreign bodies are watermelon seeds and peanuts. Now we receive 5 cases of special foreign body reported as follows. 1 clinical data of 3 males and 2 females, less than 2 years old in 3 cases, more than 3 years old in 2 cases. 5 cases of foreign bodies were metal pin in 1 case, a small metal park-shaped whistle, 1 case of royal jelly glass bottle, ball pen cap in 2 cases. 3 patients underwent bronchoscopic removal of foreign body under general anesthesia, 2 patients without hemp
