患者男,53岁,农民.右眼反复疼痛半年余,眼痛复发伴同侧头痛、恶心、呕吐1天,右眼突然疼痛加剧,破裂出血后2小时于1993年2月25日来本院急诊.患者半年前右眼曾被拳头击伤有严重眼内出血史,嗣后伤眼疼痛反复发作,曾在本院就诊,测眼压,右眼10.90kPa,左眼2.67kPa.视力:右眼光感,左眼5.0.右眼混合性充血,球结膜下无出血,无水肿,角膜混浊水肿,
