子宫腺肌病是育龄妇女常见的妇科疾病，子宫腺肌病合并不孕症时的诊疗方案选择是临床棘手问题，缺乏共识性意见。为更好地规范子宫腺肌病伴不孕症的诊断和治疗，中国妇幼保健协会生育保健专业委员会生殖外科学组专家结合国内外文献证据与临床实践，从子宫腺肌病的临床表现、诊断、子宫腺肌病引起不孕的发病机制、子宫腺肌病伴不孕症治疗方案和路径选择等方面制定本共识，以期指导临床实践，改善该类患者的生育结局。“,”Adenomyosis is a common gynecological disease in women of childbearing age, and more and more attention has been paid to its relationship with infertility. In order to standardize the diagnosis and treatment of adenomyosis with infertility, experts from the Reproductive Surgery Group of the Reproductive Health Committee of Chinese Maternal and Child Health Association developed this consensus including the clinical manifestations and diagnosis of adenomyosis, the pathogenesis and treatment of infertility caused by adenomyosis according to much published evidence. The purpose of this consensus is to guide clinical practice and improve the reproductive outcome of adenomyosis patients with infertility.
