1 端正认识,明确目标 自从1956年我国颁布的第一部体育教学大纲,到新近出台的9年义务教育大纲,体育教学的目的和任务可以用三句短语来概括,即增强学生体质,掌握体育基础知识、基本技能和基本技术,向学生进行思想品德教育。然而,事实上回绕着体育教学目标问题,我国学校体育系统内部一直有两大“流派”纷争,即“体质论”和“技能论”之争。我们认为,结合当前和今后一段历史时期的具体情况,体育教学的目标是,在完成课的任务(增强体质、传授“三基”、品德教育)的基础上,着重培养学生的自学、自练、自管能力,使之终身受益。
