ＬＹ１２合金焊接热裂倾向性大。探讨了钨极氩弧焊焊接ＬＹ１２ＣＺ及ＬＹ１２Ｍ薄板时热裂纹的变化规律。分析了焊接工艺参数及填充材料对热裂纹的影响。试验结果表明，选择合适的工艺参数和填充材料可以提高该类合金焊接时的抗热裂性。
LY12 alloy welding hot cracking tendency. The variation of hot cracks in TIG welding LY12CZ and LY12M was discussed. The influence of welding process parameters and filler material on hot cracking was analyzed. The test results show that the selection of suitable process parameters and filler materials can improve the thermal cracking resistance of the alloy during welding.
