提出一种分析焊接残余应力的模型试验方法，用光弹性塑料焊模型来模拟分析低碳钢焊件的残余应力。并讨论了方法的原理和特点，提供了实验验证。
A model test method for analyzing welding residual stress is proposed. The photoelastic plastic welding model is used to simulate the residual stress of low carbon steel welding parts. The principles and characteristics of the method are discussed, and experimental verification is provided.
