传感技术与计算机技术、通信技术一起被称为信息技术的三大支柱。它也是当今很多技术和应用系统发展的重要基础和支撑技术,其技术涉及到材料科学、电子科学与技术、信息传输与处理、信号识别等多个学科。传感技术作为一种重要的高新技术,对各行业有巨大的推动作用,一直受到国家的高度重视。在科技部的“十二五科技发展规划”中和工信部公布的有关文件中,明确提出:要集中多方资源,大力提升感知技术水平、推进传输技术突破、加强处理技术研究、巩固共性技术基础。
Sensing technology and computer technology, communication technology together is called the three pillars of information technology. It is also an important foundation and supporting technology for the development of many technologies and application systems today. Its technologies cover many disciplines including materials science, electronic science and technology, information transmission and processing, and signal recognition. Sensing technology as an important high-tech, has a huge role in promoting various industries, has been highly valued by the state. In the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan for Science and Technology Development” issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the relevant documents promulgated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, it is clearly stated that it is necessary to concentrate resources of various parties, vigorously upgrade the level of perceived technology, push forward the breakthrough of transmission technologies, strengthen research on handling technologies and consolidate common technologies basis.
