As an increasingly important force in the national economy, private enterprises have drawn more and more attention from all sectors of society in recent years with their rapid development momentum. At the same time, most of the original established state-owned enterprises, which emerged from the traditional planned economy, have obviously failed to keep up with the pace of economic development under the increasingly competitive market economy and are in the predicament of landslide or bankruptcy.
